Register with a Vietnamese phone number and confirm by SMS. Link a local bank account or top up your wallet balance in cash at a partner location. Use the wallet to pay by QR code, send transfers, or pay bills. Important Notice: MoMo is built around Vietnamese bank accounts and phone numbers — full functionality typically requires a local bank account, making it more practical for longer stays than a short visit.
