About PLN Mobile
PLN Mobile is published by PT PLN (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned electricity company, and is available on Google Play and the App Store, where it has more than 10 million downloads. The current version, known as New PLN Mobile, was launched in December 2020 and brought token purchases, bill payments, usage monitoring and complaints into one app. Payments can be made through bank virtual accounts, digital wallets or credit cards. The app also covers applications for new connections and higher power capacity, and links to other PLN services such as EV charging.

- Choose a token amount or the bill to pay, check the estimate, and pay with a supported method.
A token purchase is not fully converted into electricity, because admin fees, regional street lighting tax and, for large purchases, stamp duty are deducted first, and tariffs are set by the government each quarter. The app interface is mainly in Indonesian. Applications for new connections or capacity changes are normally made by the property owner, so agree with your landlord before changing anything on the account.
