oneGov
Apply for government permits, certificates and public services from ministries and agencies across the Maldives, all from a single online platform. About oneGov: oneGov is the Maldives' unified digital public-service platform, launched nationwide in 2023 to bring services previously scattered across individual ministry offices into one place. It now covers services from a wide range of government entities — from business registration and land services to tourism licensing and public-health complaints — and is designed to let citizens, residents and businesses complete government transactions without visiting an office in person. Key Features: Single Sign-On: Log in once with an eFaas digital ID to access services from every participating ministry and agency. Application Tracking: Submit a request and follow its progress under "My Applications" instead of calling or visiting to check status. Business & Licensing Services: Register a company, renew a trade name, or apply for tourism-related permits and licenses online. Document Requests: Request official certificates, such as corporate profile sheets or certificates of good standing, without an in-person appointment. How to Get Started: Set up an eFaas digital ID at efaas.egov.mv if you do not already have one. Sign in to one.gov.mv using your eFaas credentials. Search or browse services by government entity to find the one you need. Submit the application online and track its status from your account. Important Notice: An eFaas digital ID is required before oneGov services can be used, and some specialized transactions may still need supporting documents uploaded or, in limited cases, an in-person visit to a support center.
