Metfone is one of the main mobile operators in Cambodia, run by Viettel, alongside Cellcard and Smart. Visitors can buy a prepaid SIM or a tourist package at Metfone counters in the arrivals area of the Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports or at Metfone stores in the cities, and an eSIM is also available. The SIM must be registered with your passport.
