Cellcard is one of the main mobile operators in Cambodia, alongside Smart and Metfone. Visitors can buy a prepaid SIM or a tourist data package at Cellcard counters in the arrivals area of the Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports or at Cellcard stores in the cities, and some plans can be added as an eSIM. The SIM must be registered with your passport.
