Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) is the company responsible for the regulated distribution and sale of electricity in Armenia. It was created in May 2002 by merging the Yerevan, Northern, Southern and Central regional electricity companies, and it serves more than 1 million consumers over about 36,000 km of power lines. Its website, available in Armenian, Russian and English, publishes tariffs, information on power interruptions, consumer guidance and news. Customers can register on the online portal at customers.ena.am to see account notices and submit requests.

⚠️ Important Notice

The ENA portal is mainly for account information and requests; the payment itself is usually made through Armenian banks or payment systems, and payments made outside business hours may be credited on the next working day. Bills are paid in Armenian drams, and Repat Armenia advises paying between the 7th and 20th of each month. If you rent, agree with your landlord who pays the electricity and keep your payment receipts.
