About Uber Türkiye

In Türkiye, Uber works as a taxi-hailing app: rides are carried out by licensed taxis, mostly yellow ones, rather than private cars. The service operates in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, including trips to and from airports when taxis are available. Fares follow the official taxi meter, and the app shows an estimate and the route before the ride. Card and cash payment options are offered in the app.
