Meralco (Manila Electric Company) distributes electricity in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite and Rizal and in parts of Batangas, Laguna, Quezon and Pampanga, and marks 123 years of service in 2026. Its customer platform, formerly called Meralco Online, is now named My Meralco and runs at mymeralco.com.ph and as an app for iOS and Android. The app is published by Manila Electric Company and shows a dashboard of linked accounts with real-time payment posting. Its version history lists bill viewing and PDF downloads, digital receipts, paperless billing, outage reporting and online service applications.

My Meralco only covers the Meralco franchise area; other parts of the country are served by other distributors and electric cooperatives. In rented homes the account is often in the landlord's name, so ask your landlord for the account details before you link it.
