Manila Water

The water and wastewater concessionaire for Metro Manila's East Zone, including Makati, Taguig, Pasig and Mandaluyong, with an app and online portal for checking and paying water bills and logging service concerns.

About Manila Water

Manila Water Company was incorporated in 1997 and holds the concession from the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) for the East Zone of Metro Manila. Its service area includes eastern Makati and Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Pateros, San Juan, Taguig and parts of Manila, as well as Rizal Province, and it serves more than six million people in the East Zone. The Manila Water App, launched in 2021 as a one-stop app for customers, gives access to bills, billing and payment history and the logging of concerns.

Key Features

  • Bill Access: See the current water bill and the billing history of your account.
  • Online Payment: Pay the water bill from the app at any time.
  • Payment History: Check past payments made to the account.
  • Concerns and Advisories: Log service concerns without calling or visiting an office, and get service advisories and updates.

How to Get Started

  1. Check your address: Manila Water serves the East Zone, while the West Zone is served by Maynilad.
  2. Download the Manila Water App from the App Store or Google Play, or register on the customer portal at manilawater.com.
  3. Link your account using the account number printed on your water bill.
  4. View your bill, pay it online and use the app to report leaks or other concerns.
⚠️ Important Notice

If your home is in the West Zone, your water provider is Maynilad, not Manila Water. In rentals the water account is often in the landlord's or building's name, and some condominiums bill water through the building administration, so ask how water is billed before you register. App ratings are mixed, so keep your printed bill and the official hotline as a backup.
