MWSC produces drinking water and runs water and sewerage services in Malé, Hulhumalé and other islands where it operates, with customer counters in Malé, Hulhumalé, Maafushi, Kulhudhuffushi and Dhuvaafaru. Bills can be paid at the counters, in the MWSC mobile app, on the MWSC e-portal and e-pay, or by direct debit. New connections are requested through e-services with an application form, a land registry or HDC agreement copy and a valid ID or passport copy. Emergencies are reported on hotline 105.
