About Optima Bank:

In Optima24 you can receive international transfers online: MoneyGram (added in July 2026) and Astrasend, credited to a card or account in US dollars or soms; transfers abroad can be sent through Zolotaya Korona. The app also covers payments for mobile, utilities and other services. Accounts are opened with a passport at a branch, then managed in the app.

How to Get Started:

Open an account and card with your passport at an Optima Bank branch.
Install Optima24 and activate it with the bank's details.
To receive MoneyGram, enter the control number in the app.
Choose the card or account to credit.

Before you use it

Fees: Money received in dollars can be converted to soms automatically at the bank's rate; compare before choosing.
Sign-up: The account is opened in person at a branch with a passport.
