About O!Dengi:
The O!Dengi service is provided by Green Telecom Service. In the "Moi O!" app it sits next to O!Bank (the former Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan): transfers without commission to cards, accounts and wallets of Kyrgyz banks, bill payments, government services, and transfers received from Russia. The app is open to subscribers of all Kyrgyz operators, not only O!.
