Boshamlan
A Kuwaiti real estate listings site and app where newcomers can search apartments, floors, villas and studios for rent or sale across Kuwait for free and contact owners or agents directly by phone or WhatsApp.
About Boshamlan
Boshamlan is a property directory that covers only Kuwait real estate, with listings for rent, for sale and for exchange. Searching is free and the service describes itself as commission-free, with photos and videos on listings and direct contact with the advertiser. Owners and agencies can post ads for free after registering with a mobile number verified by SMS, and ads written in English are automatically translated into Arabic. The app is available on iOS and was last updated in September 2025.
Key Features
- Rental Listings: Apartments, floors, houses, villas, studios, duplexes, chalets, offices and shops for rent.
- Area Search: Filter by Kuwaiti areas such as Salmiya, Hawally, Jabriya, Salwa, Farwaniya and Jahra.
- Direct Contact: Call or message the owner or agency on WhatsApp without the app acting as a middleman.
- Agency Directory: A separate section lists real estate offices and brokers in Kuwait.
How to Get Started
- Open boshamlan.com or download the Boshamlan app.
- Choose rent or sale, then select the property type and the area you want.
- Look through the photos, videos and prices of the listings that fit your budget.
- Call or WhatsApp the advertiser to arrange a viewing before you agree to anything.
Boshamlan is a listings directory, so it does not check landlords or handle contracts and payments; always view the property and see the ownership or agency papers before paying a deposit. Posting an ad needs a mobile number that can receive an SMS code. Rents, availability and agency fees are set by each advertiser, so confirm them directly and get a written lease.
