eFAWATEERcom is Jordan's official electronic bill presentment and payment system. It is owned by the Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JoPACC), supervised by the Central Bank of Jordan and operated by MadfoatCom, and it launched in June 2014. Residents can look up and pay utility bills such as electricity and water, prepaid mobile top-ups and subscriptions, and government fees through the website, the mobile app, their bank's apps and ATMs, mobile wallets, Jordan Post offices and authorized cash agents.
