Iraq's largest card issuer and payment network, with the SuperQi app for transfers, scan-to-pay, bills and mobile top-ups, in Arabic, English and Kurdish.

About Qi Card (SuperQi)

Qi Card, also known as the International Smart Card (ISC), was set up in 2007 as a partnership between Iraqi electronic payment companies and Al-Rafidain Bank, and is described as the largest card issuer and acquirer in Iraq. It first became known for cards paid to government employees, retirees and social-security beneficiaries, and says it has more than 11 million cardholders. Its SuperQi app, launched in 2024 with Ant International and powered by Alipay+ technology, combines digital banking with everyday payment services.
