About the Individual Income Tax app:

The Individual Income Tax app (个人所得税) is run by the State Taxation Administration. Employees in China, including foreigners, use it to see the income and tax their employer has reported, to do the annual reconciliation and to claim refunds or pay what is owed. Foreigners with a passport register with a code from a tax service hall, because face-recognition sign-up works only with Chinese IDs and residence permits. The app is in Chinese.
