About Ameriabank:

For foreign citizens the identity document is a passport; the personal public service number applies only to residents. Originals or certified copies are shown in person, and documents not in Russian or English need a notarised translation. If you start remotely, the account or card is issued after the bank checks the originals. The bank may ask for extra documents.
