Lex.uz is the official electronic database where the legislation of Uzbekistan is published: the Constitution, codes, laws, presidential decrees and government resolutions. It is free to use, it is updated online, and the documents are available in Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and Russian, while the English version contains only part of them.
