HET Billing (Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari)

The official electricity billing cabinet and app of Uzbekistan's national power distribution company, where a tenant or homeowner can see the home's electricity account, meter readings, debt and payment history, and top up the balance.

About HET Billing

Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari JSC (Regional Electric Networks, HET) is the electricity distribution company of Uzbekistan, headquartered in Tashkent, and runs the official website het.uz. In August 2024 it launched a new billing system that calculates electricity charges and lets consumers follow their usage and payments in the online cabinet at cabinet.het.uz and in the HET Billing Mobile app. The app is developed by Uzinfocom and receives regular updates; in 2026 its tariff calculator was updated for the electricity tariff change of 1 June 2026, and appeals to the district electric network can now be filed and tracked in the app. Help is available through the unified contact centre on 1154 and the Telegram channel t.me/hetmuloqot.

How to Get Started

  1. Find the personal account number for the flat or house on the electricity contract or a past bill, or ask the landlord.
  2. Open cabinet.het.uz or install HET Billing Mobile and choose registration as an individual consumer.
  3. Enter the account number and the code shown on screen, then enter the code sent to the phone number on the contract to receive a password.
  4. Log in with the account number and password, select the region and district, and check the balance before paying.
⚠️ Important Notice

The confirmation code goes to the phone number registered on the electricity contract, which in a rented flat is often the owner's, so a tenant may need the landlord's help or to have the contract number updated. The cabinet and app are mainly in Uzbek and Russian, while het.uz itself also has an English version. Electricity tariffs change from time to time, so check the current rates on het.uz. Gas, water and waste collection are billed by other companies and are not shown here.
