Before you use it
- Limits: Touristanbul needs a ticket number starting with 235, both flights on one booking (PNR) and at least 1 h 25 min between the end of the tour and departure.
- Sign-up: Touristanbul has no online booking: register at the desk in the Istanbul Airport arrivals hall, opposite meeting point 4, at least 30 minutes before the tour.
- Sign-up: The Stopover hotel must be requested at least 72 hours before the flight; N and R class tickets are not eligible.
- Good to know: Both programmes involve leaving the airport, so passengers who need a Türkiye visa or e-Visa must arrange it themselves.
