Türk Telekom is the national telecommunications operator of Turkey, providing mobile communication, home internet and landline services. For short-stay visitors it also offers prepaid tourist plans that combine data, calls and SMS, available through airport dealers and its shops. A passport is needed to register a prepaid line.
