About DHL Express

DHL Express is one of the world's largest courier networks, and following the 2025 sanctions relief it has restored full service to Syria - the company's Syria site is live, its local partner Nazha Logistics handles ground operations, and the Syrian flag on the site's country selector has already been updated to reflect the new government, a small but telling sign that the update isn't just cosmetic.

Key Features

Restored International Service: Full inbound and outbound shipping to and from Syria, after being effectively unavailable for most of the post-2011 period.
Local Partner Network: Nazha Logistics acts as DHL's exclusive agent inside Syria for freight and forwarding.
Door-to-Door Tracking: Standard DHL waybill tracking from pickup through customs to final delivery.
Customs Documentation Support: Guidance on the paperwork needed to clear Syrian customs, which remains more involved than in countries with settled trade relationships.

How to Get Started

Get a shipping quote through the DHL website or by contacting a local DHL/Nazha Logistics service point.
Prepare the package and required customs declaration.
Choose a service tier and pay the shipping fee.
Track the shipment online using the waybill number until delivery.

Before you use it

Limits: Some goods still face export controls; the courier lists what it accepts for Syria.
