The Online Railways Ticketing and Payment system is run by Myanma Railways under the Ministry of Transport and Communications and opens at ortp.railways.gov.mm. Online sales began on 1 February 2026, starting with specified express trains on the Yangon–Mandalay route. End-to-end tickets can be bought up to seven days ahead, and fares and timetables are the same as at stations. A 200-kyat service fee and bank transaction fees are added per ticket.
