About E-Mongolia:
The system launched on 1 October 2020 and has served about 1.9 million users. Citizens sign in with their national ID and get certificates, references and applications online instead of queuing at offices. Services are built around the Mongolian civil registry, so foreigners without a Mongolian registry number usually cannot use them.
