Plan your journey, track buses live and buy tickets for Klang Valley's LRT, MRT, Monorail and BRT network, or Penang's buses, through the transit operator's own official app. About MyRapid PULSE: MyRapid PULSE is the official journey-planning app of Prasarana Malaysia, the state-owned company that owns and operates Malaysia's Rapid KL rail and bus network (LRT, MRT, KL Monorail, BRT) in the Klang Valley, as well as Rapid Penang's bus network. Revamped in May 2025 with a modern interface, the app is built directly by the transit operator itself, rather than a third-party aggregator layering trip-planning on top of public schedule data, and includes live bus tracking alongside route planning and ticket purchase. Key Features: Live Bus Tracking: See real-time bus arrival estimates instead of relying on a fixed printed timetable. Interactive Rail Map: Navigate LRT, MRT and Monorail connections across the Klang Valley network. In-App Ticket Purchase: Buy tickets and passes (such as My30 or Rapid Kota Pass) directly through the app, introduced in 2023. Journey Planning Across Two Regions: Plan trips on both the Klang Valley (Rapid KL) and Penang (Rapid Penang) networks from one app. How to Get Started: Download the MyRapid PULSE app from the App Store or Google Play. Enter your starting point and destination to get a suggested route across rail and bus options. Check live bus arrival times for your route before heading to the stop. Purchase tickets or passes directly in the app, or tap in with a physical Touch 'n Go / MyRapid card at stations. Important Notice: MyRapid PULSE covers the Klang Valley and Penang public transport networks specifically — it does not cover every town in Malaysia, so for areas outside these two regions, a general mapping app may still be needed alongside it.
