About Tunduk:
The app is run by the state agency Kyzmat. More than 3 million people use it (August 2025), and in 2024 around 11 million online services were provided through the portal and the app. Through it you can book an electronic queue at public service centres and apply for marriage, death and residence registration and for a passport.

How to Get Started:
- Install the Tunduk app or open the portal.

- Sign-up: A Kyrgyz personal number (PIN) and a local phone number are needed to sign in.
- Good to know: The interface is in Kyrgyz and Russian; there is no English version.
