Altibbi
A Jordan-based Arabic digital health platform: chat or call doctors by phone, read Arabic medical articles and use a medical dictionary.
About Altibbi
Altibbi is a digital health platform founded in Amman, Jordan, and one of the largest sources of medical information in Arabic. In the Altibbi app you can chat or call doctors for a telehealth consultation, upload photos and lab results and get a written recommendation afterwards. Offers differ by country, and a first consultation may be free, while further consultations are sold as paid subscription packages. The app also has Arabic medical articles and a dictionary of conditions, and it works in several Arab countries.
Key Features
- Doctors by Chat or Call: Telehealth consultations with accredited doctors, around the clock.
- Files and a Written Recommendation: Upload photos and lab results and receive the doctor's recommendation in writing.
- Arabic Medical Content: Articles, health advice and a dictionary of illnesses and symptoms.
- Subscription Packages: Consultations are sold in paid packages, and free offers depend on the country.
How to Get Started
- Download the Altibbi app and sign up with your mobile number.
- Choose chat or call, describe your symptoms and attach your files.
- Choose a package and a payment method and wait for the doctor's call or reply.
- Read the doctor's written recommendation and see a doctor or hospital in person if needed.
Telehealth is for advice and follow-up, not for emergencies or complex diagnoses: in an emergency go to the nearest hospital or call local emergency services. Prices, packages and free offers differ by country and change. The service and its content are mostly in Arabic. Whether a doctor can prescribe a medicine depends on the case and local rules.
