Access by KAI (formerly KAI Access) is the official mobile app of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (KAI), Indonesia's state-owned railway operator. It consolidates ticket booking for intercity trains, local trains, LRT Jabodebek, KRL commuter rail (KCI), airport trains, and the Jakarta–Bandung Whoosh high-speed line into a single app, along with a Connecting Train feature that finds valid combinations for multi-leg journeys and full self-service management of existing bookings.

How to Get Started

Download the Access by KAI app and create an account.
Search for your route and travel date across the train type you need (intercity, commuter, LRT, etc.).
Select your train, seat class and complete payment (cards, digital wallets and bank transfer are typically supported).
Manage your booking - including date changes or cancellations - directly in the app, and check in using your e-boarding pass.

Before you use it

Limits: Long-distance tickets open 45 days ahead and sell out before holidays such as Lebaran.
Payment: Pay by virtual account, e-wallet or card before the payment deadline, or the booking is cancelled.
