It consolidates ticket booking for intercity trains, local trains, LRT Jabodebek, KRL commuter rail (KCI), airport trains, and the Jakarta–Bandung Whoosh high-speed line into a single app, along with a Connecting Train feature that finds valid combinations for multi-leg journeys and full self-service management of existing bookings. Search for your route and travel date across the train type you need (intercity, commuter, LRT, etc.). Select your train, seat class and complete payment (cards, digital wallets and bank transfer are typically supported). Manage your booking — including date changes or cancellations — directly in the app, and check in using your e-boarding pass. Important Notice: Booking windows vary by train type — long-distance intercity tickets can generally be booked up to 45 days ahead, while some special/last-minute bookings within the app open only a few hours before departure — check the specific booking window for your route rather than assuming one rule applies to every train type.
