About Naindah.com
Naindah.com is Brunei's largest homegrown online shopping marketplace, launched in 2017 by then-26-year-old Aizuddin Fakhri through his company Techbru Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd, after he had already set up Brunei's first online grocery store, Kadairuncit.com, earlier the same year. Naindah runs its own warehouse where products bought through the platform are quality-checked and packed before dispatch, a deliberate design choice to reduce the item-quality complaints common with peer-to-peer online marketplaces.
Key Features
- Wide Local Catalogue: Browse fashion, sports gear, gadgets, groceries, books and stationery from Bruneian sellers, all in one marketplace.
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Most orders are delivered the same day or the next day rather than waiting on cross-border shipping.
- Quality-Checked Items: Products pass through Naindah's own warehouse for inspection and packing before being sent out, covering both new and used goods.
- Buyer Protection: Built-in buyer protection is designed to give shoppers confidence when buying from third-party sellers listed on the platform.
