Important Notice: The e-Visa is currently accepted only for entry via Kabul International Airport, with land border crossings not yet clearly covered — and while the online application itself works, Afghanistan's internet has seen repeated nationwide and regional shutdowns ordered by the authorities, so don't leave your application to the last minute in case connectivity is disrupted when you need it.
